Everything you need to know about ENS’ skydive

Three very brave individuals from the ENS team are going to be skydiving to help raise awareness and money for local mental health charity, South East and Central Essex Mind. This is a push to continue raising awareness about mental health; a key focus and passion for ENS in 2018.

In order to help raise money and awareness, we need the support of our followers, so get sharing on social media!
Alternatively, you can pledge your support via our justgiving page here.

The skydive has been rescheduled and will now be taking place on Saturday 25th August at Beccles Airfield, during the afternoon!

Who’s jumping?

Meet our three brave sky-divers:

Leah Hudson (Bookings consultant and CSR lead)
Leah works as a consultant for our Health and Social Care division and places our temporary workers in POD 1. Leah is also our Corporate Social Responsibility lead. She has been working with MIND and our ENS partnership over the last few months, and is very much looking forward to this event. Leah is a bit of a thrill seeker having done a wing walk last year for Havens – good luck Leah!

David Lambourne (Payroll Supervisor)
Dave is the payroll and pension supervisor for the whole of ENS, paying agency, contracted and head office staff. He is very much looking forward to this adventure, having never done anything like this before. Although he is known by his team to be somewhat accident prone, we wish him luck for this big jump – you got this Dave!

Raj Chahal (Senior HR Advisor)
Raj works in the HR team for ENS, supporting our agency, contracted and head office staff. Raj is also our Equality Diversity and Inclusion Lead. She has been supporting MIND since the partnership began in January 2018, and took part in an epic ‘Beat the Seats’ competition for them where the team had to sit on all 12,000 seats. She can’t wait to jump from the plane….one for her bucket list – all the best Raj!

Why are we jumping?

ENS is passionate about mental health and with the combined expertise of our partners, South East and Central Essex Mind, and our brave trio of sky-divers, we aim to raise awareness of mental health in the local area. In doing so, we also want to raise funds to help South East and Central Essex Mind continue their extraordinary local work, supporting individuals struggling with mental health and well-being.

How can you get involved?

Our trio wants to raise money and awareness, which is where you can get involved! So, if you want to help contribute, you can visit our just giving page here and pledge your support to our skydivers – It would mean a lot to all of our brave jumpers!

What people are saying about ENS

ENS has been our sole agency provider for the past 8 years. During this time we have worked in partnership to establish an agency service that provides us with the assurance that ENS staff are flexible, highly trained and able to adapt to our working environment across all of our diverse services.
ENS has been able to support our services to a very high standard throughout our geographical locations. Key Performance Indicators often exceed agreed outcomes.
Our relationship with their senior team and operational supervisors is professional and open. We are assured that our long standing working relationship with ENS will continue.
To this end we would not hesitate to recommend ENS as an agency provider to support their organisation.

We needed to fill two last minute vacancies with high quality teachers.  With this brief, Julie from ENS did not disappoint.  One candidate was from Canada and Julie ensured that the move over went as smoothly as possible both for the teacher and the school.
What impressed me the most was how Julie listened to exactly what I required and so no time was wasted on my part, sifting through candidates who would not have been good enough for my school. I would highly recommend ENS to another school looking to fill their teacher vacancies.

My daughter Lynda has enjoyed 24 hour care provided by ENS since July 2013. The care staff are all well trained & briefed as to her complex healthcare regime & are also very sociable. This is very important to Lynda who loves to talk &interact with them. They also manage her household budget, encourage her to participate in domestic tasks within her capabilities, & promote a healthy lifestyle. The administration of ENS is excellent & has ensured that Lynda has a regular rota of carers & that when stand ins are necessary that they have had shadow shifts with her.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for the hard work and support you have offered our Foyer and Parent and Child Scheme in managing the placement of temporary staff.
We appreciate the level of consistency and continuity your staff have bought to the schemes and would not hesitate in recommending the services of ENS Recruitment.
