ENS Launches a brand new Health and Social Care website.

We’re very excited to announce that we have launched our brand new and improved Health and Social Care site!

Who is the site for?

Our brand new Health and Social Care site can cater to the needs of both candidates and clients.

Our site has an integrated job searching function, allowing candidates to search for jobs by job title or location. Our site also allows candidates to scroll through the current job listings we have on our site, as seen below.

We have a dedicated candidate section on our new Health and Social Care site that has all the information you will need to know as a candidate about ENS, our processes and the kind of candidates we’re eager to recruit, as seen below!

In addition to that, the Health and Social Care site also caters to client’s needs as we can provide a platform on which to post your business’ temporary or permanent vacancies. We aim to work with you and your organisation to meet your needs with our team of skilled consultants. See below.

Site features

Our new website has job searching capabilities, as well as vacancy submission functionality, as previously mentioned. Make sure to register an account with us so you can apply for jobs on our site too!  You can set up email notifications, save searches and apply for vacancies all within your own account.

Additionally, visitors can browse the latest ENS news to keep up to date with goings on inside the ENS offices, such as new members of staff, changes in process and up and coming charity events that we’re taking part in, for example. See our tweet below:

The new Health and Social Care site also features a section dedicated to ENS: who we are, what we stand for and why we are the perfect fit for your recruitment solutions.

If you would like to get in touch with our friendly team, the site has a page with all of our contact information on, so whether you’re a candidate or client you can direct any questions or queries you may have to us by filling out the contact form on the site, emailing us, calling up or even walking in to one of our lovely offices! Of course, we have a Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter account that you’ll be able to reach us on too!

Site accessibility

Lastly, we have strived to make our new Health and Social Care site as inclusive as possible, with buttons that allow visitors to change the size of text on the site if text is difficult to read. The site also supports a wide variety of different languages too.

What people are saying about ENS

ENS has been our sole agency provider for the past 8 years. During this time we have worked in partnership to establish an agency service that provides us with the assurance that ENS staff are flexible, highly trained and able to adapt to our working environment across all of our diverse services.
ENS has been able to support our services to a very high standard throughout our geographical locations. Key Performance Indicators often exceed agreed outcomes.
Our relationship with their senior team and operational supervisors is professional and open. We are assured that our long standing working relationship with ENS will continue.
To this end we would not hesitate to recommend ENS as an agency provider to support their organisation.

We needed to fill two last minute vacancies with high quality teachers.  With this brief, Julie from ENS did not disappoint.  One candidate was from Canada and Julie ensured that the move over went as smoothly as possible both for the teacher and the school.
What impressed me the most was how Julie listened to exactly what I required and so no time was wasted on my part, sifting through candidates who would not have been good enough for my school. I would highly recommend ENS to another school looking to fill their teacher vacancies.

My daughter Lynda has enjoyed 24 hour care provided by ENS since July 2013. The care staff are all well trained & briefed as to her complex healthcare regime & are also very sociable. This is very important to Lynda who loves to talk &interact with them. They also manage her household budget, encourage her to participate in domestic tasks within her capabilities, & promote a healthy lifestyle. The administration of ENS is excellent & has ensured that Lynda has a regular rota of carers & that when stand ins are necessary that they have had shadow shifts with her.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for the hard work and support you have offered our Foyer and Parent and Child Scheme in managing the placement of temporary staff.
We appreciate the level of consistency and continuity your staff have bought to the schemes and would not hesitate in recommending the services of ENS Recruitment.
