Carer visa opportunities now available with ENS Care and Support

ENS are pleased to announce that we now offer Health and Care Worker visa sponsorship opportunities. This visa has replaced the Tier 2 (General) work visa.

Following the UK Government’s change in visa advice earlier this year, ENS has been approved as an official Government visa sponsor and can now offer permanent job roles to professional foreign care workers with 6 months’ paid care experience.

Individuals can now apply and gain sponsorship from ENS for permanent care roles and the fantastic benefits of working for a UK employer.

Sponsorship visa benefits:

The 5-year visa offers some amazing benefits including:

  • Extension of your visa as many times as you like
  • Minimum annual salary of £20,500
  • Permanent job of 39 hours a week with potential paid overtime

  • Pension contribution of 3% of annual salary
  • 24/7 out of hours support service for staff
  • National staff discount scheme
  • Mental health counselling helpline

Your place of work:

You will be supporting vulnerable adults from 18 to 80+ who may live in their own home or a small group home. Our clients may have learning disabilities, such as autism, dementia, physical disabilities and require support with their day to day lives.

Currently we are looking for people to support our clients in South Essex (from Southend on Sea to Basildon) and North Essex (the Colchester area).

Visa requirements:

To qualify for sponsorship through ENS individuals must have 6 months paid care work experience that we can reference, English language at level B1 or above, and have sufficient funds to meet the employee cost of the application and evidence that you have at least £1,270 in your bank account. The application process from start to finish can be completed within 8 weeks but Government priority services can speed this up.
