Allyson Abel – Managing Director

Allyson originally trained and worked as a lawyer but wanted to join the Davis family business and has taken the lead at ENS for the past 20 years. In her time here she has driven the business forward, growing it significantly over years from its origins in health and social care to the multi-divisional company it is today. The sectors ENS work in are constantly evolving and Allyson likes to confront this challenge by always trying to come up with new and creative solutions for clients. She takes the lead on legal and contractual matters as well as project managing our large scale projects, most recently the extensive renovation of our new office.

Catherine Lawrence – Strategy and Projects Executive

Catherine started her working life within the health and social care industry, in particular the management of residential services for people with disabilities, and brought this experience with her to ENS in 2008. Since then she has taken on a number of roles across the company and takes particular interest in our compliance functions, quality management, policies and processes and contract management, as well as delivering our bids and working with the rest of the senior team on strategy and leading the business forward.

Lynn Knight – Finance Manager

Lynn has been at ENS since 2004 and heads up our finance department, leading a team of nine accountancy executives. She manages the company's budgets and forecasting, as well as ensuring any new business can be delivered cost effectively for clients. She liaises directly with our clients' finance teams to ensure our financial relationships are streamlined and efficient.
